Custom Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation

Exported thousands of Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Historical Sales Events from HubSpot and ZOHO CRM, reconciled different system-entity definitions and usage of historical records and consolidated records in Dynamics 365.
Manicured the historical records to accurately reflect sales history not captured by either HubSpot or ZOHO CRM accurately.
Setup a document capture and SharePoint-storage mechanism for outgoing sales documents on a per-account and per-opportunity basis
Setup team-wide client-contact timelines for customer interactions with sales users via email and phone
Created custom sales workflows for different internal product SKUs

Interviewed stakeholders, organized sales strategy directives, and translated those into a series of interrelated entities and processes to accomplish those directives.
Built a ‘Perfect Prospect Profile’ scoring system that would aggregate lead record qualia and score those records on a set of business criteria that could be changed in real-time to correctly prioritize sales effort on existing leads.
Built an ‘Import Wizard’ for common data entry use case with entities, processes and workflows that would create and correctly associate the interrelated leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and perfect prospect profiles from user input in one place. Saving marking and sales team members with limited time several hours on data entry with each use.
Security Awareness Testing/Training Concept of Operations & Program Management

Turned a languishing KnowBe4 SAT program managed on-behalf of client into a robust adversarial security awareness training program, rebutting industry norms with a coherent “battle doctrine” that integrated the inputs from other simultaneous professional service offerings and cyber intelligence streams.
Wrote a concept of operations document stating internal program management objectives, documented business processes, set service expectations, and identified roles and responsibilities that is still in practice at several organizations and consistently yields a best in class <4% phish-prone result on testing materials vastly more difficult than peer KnowBe4 programs.
NIST 800-53 Security Awareness TKSA Inventory & NICE Framework Implementation

Interfaced with client organization HR programs to reconcile existing organizational roles’ task, knowledge, skill and ability job requirements to those enumerated in the NICE framework and develop training curricula with on-hand learning management system content to satisfy NIST 800.53 High Security Awareness and Job Training control objectives.
